I photograph stories.
I've always been drawn to photography as a form of story telling. A photo can talk to a moment in time, the strength of an individual, or the vibe at a launch.
Event photography, portraits, product shots, food photography are all expected to say something about the brand behind them.
I’m not just delivering photos. They need to say something.
To achieve that you need to make people feel at ease with the camera and at other times, you need to be a fly on the wall. Knowing the difference is what I think makes me good at my job.
Empathy is key to capturing the story.
